Because i need to know, who's in !
Hope you're having a good Pay Day!
It's us Frank, the 7 remaining writers...if Kurbie, can make it back fine, if not then we can keep him as a back up writer, and maybe do an epilogue or something.
Still waiting to hear from Pruf...but if it's just 5 of us we can do it! No worries!
This year, because it is the first year we'll officially start a Christmas story,
we'll surprise the ka-tet with producing it this way.
Then in 2022, we can go through a public official sign up thread just like we do for the Halloween story.
I hope that all makes sense.

For now we got Edders Loki edwardjohn , wantin' to " Cyborg and Barbarella Up" Santy Claus 😆😉
And who knows what else DIO the diobolic will come up with NEXT! 😂
We'll get serious sometime next week authors!
For now, just sayin' "let's just enjoy the weekend!"😄

I hope you're all having a good one.
Not going to bombard you with a bunch of details and stuff,
on a Monday.
Just want to drop in for now,
to let Commander osnafrank and all of you
know that Prufrock will not be able to join us
for the Christmas story,
but he will definitely be back here next year
to write with us again!😊
So it's going to be just the rest of us
and @kurben ,
if manages to find time to come write with us.
Kurbie, if you drop in and see these posts,
we'll reserve a spot for you as a back up writer,
and an epilogue writer at the very least,
if you would like to join in on this story.😊
Later I will make a short list of our theme ideas
we have so far.
And right now we can be thinking of
maybe writing the story in "3rd person"?
That is usually most everyone's favorite. 😊
And everyone be thinking about this :
We are 5 right now,
we have a couple of different options here.
We do a short 5 chapter story.
Or ....
We could do a 10 chapter story,
everyone getting 2 chapters a piece to write.😊
1st and last chapters the regular 1,500 words.
Middle chapters the regular 750 words. 😊
Y'all just take it easy,
and have a great day.
We got plenty time
to get down to business.
I'm not rushing anything. 😊

Sounds good wolf. I like the idea of each getting two chapters, not back to back, for a total of 10 chapters.
Okay, a legit idea on my part, for once. A dystopian world in which Santa really exists. And it is ruled by the corrupt Naughty and Nice Police. On Christmas, in each town, they publicly announce if you will be punished or rewarded for the following year. Follow a group of people fighting against the tyrant Santa regime during the Christmas holiday season.
