I been doing the same as @alexandra an doccreed too lately...looking up stuff about my ancestors. You guys might have seen my post where I talked about how My Dad always used to tell me our Family was from Nigeria all the way back before we went to Jamaica. Well I want to go Vist that Place in Africa someday with my Family an do it for him...so it would be nice to meet up with any distant Relatives over there if I can find them.
Other then that I just been Playing Games with the Kids an Also Played some Video Games today as well an had fun with that. Nigeria would be a beautiful place to visit.

I killed some ants that were crawling around in the house. I'm a murderer. I used a solution of 50-50 water and vinegar with 5 drops of dish detergent to disrupt their trails. Then I laid out some round metal borax traps next to the doors and windows.

Just dropping some supplies to my father in-law and then I'll head home to potter about in the garden. Feeling good today, got over five hours sleep last night, fingers crossed I'll get some more sleep tonight.

Taking stock of batteries, canned goods etc in preparation for Florida summer events. If you are in the market for any lanterns:
I think this is the best battery lantern I've ever had. I have two of these and have had them for a couple of years. They take 3 D batteries and will last a very long time on one set of batteries. The lantern is built for rough conditions and is practically indestructible. The LED lighting is very bright.
My old florescent Coleman lanterns used to take 8 D batteries and last about 25% of the time this one does. LEDs have sure made lanterns much more economical to use.

I've been over at SKMB waxing nostalgic for some reason
They close in about 18 days, but at least we have this great Forum to come to! Thanks Frank

First day back in work, it's pretty quiet, some of the guys here are just as dumb as they were before the lockdown though, I saw three of them this morning standing facing each other literally elbow to elbow, not wearing any masks, having a chat. All that came into my mind while I was looking at them was the Dickens quote, "decrease the surplus population". I just can't understand complete and utter stupidity like that.

We did one of those birthday parade things a lot of people are doing right now to celebrate people’s birthdays in a safe manner for my best friend. Was pretty nice for about a 3 minute event that was like an hour’s round trip. Glad I could do it. Otherwise I took 2 naps today because I wasn’t feeling well even though it went away during the day and suddenly came back a little after dinner time. I’m surprised I fell asleep when I did last night even though I ended up waking at 1:30 feeling ill and had to wake up my mom to take out the thermometer and medication in her medicine cabinet to help with it. I was surprised it was 1:30, Before I checked the time I thought it must be 5:00 or something because I went to bed earlier.
