I need to get my roots done and my hair cut. I'm showing my age. That's all I got - nothing much happening right now. Happy weekend Tet!
What age is that? 25?
You probably look lovely - don't be so hard on yourself
Yesterday I went to Tai Chi and was happy to see the regular instructor was back.
I made a roast beef with potatoes, carrots and onions in the slow cooker but wasn't happy with how it turned out - next time I will cook it longer on high heat.
Happy January the 19th to all - we are in a winter white out here - lots of snow but it is not very cold which is a blessing
p.s. hollygolightly - I edited out the other stuff (but I am glad to hear you had such a great time at the theatre/play/musical) - I hope your coworker feels better soon

Can't sleep, so I'm listening to a radio play. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday.

One of my Christmas cards got returned on Wednesday
"not deliverable and unable to forward"
Oh well - only one out of 28 isn't too bad!
Tomorrow is not only Robbie Burns Day, it is also Chinese New Year - the Year of the Rat

What I'm doing today... Trying to find a printer for my comic, which I finished a week ago or so. I've got a line on a printer that will make up my proofs for me, but there seems to be a problem with my page sizes. I used the same template for each and every page, but it seems that they saved at different sizes. They all have to be identical sizes for the printing process to proceed. I suspect it has something to do with resolution rather than actual page size. I had a look at it this afternoon, but had to call it a day. I'll revisit it tomorrow. WML.

In snagging houses, the joy of it all, cup of tea and a sandwich in twenty minutes. Yum yum.

That's an interesting way to wake up - all I have to worry about is a cat who will sometimes meow at me when he wants attention
Not an actual photo of Bailey but quite similar
By the way - to answer the question in the gif, they were originally from Siam

Tomorrow we go on a bowling tournament and have to be up early so it will be an early night to bed for me.
Think I will go read a bit more of "The Institute" - it's pretty good so far!

I'll be getting up out of bed in an hour or so, been awake since 3am. Hi Brian - so far I have had a relatively busy day - made a loaf of bread which is baking right now;
had the plumber in to look at the upstairs toilet. He used his heavy duty auger and managed to get it flushing properly again, but he is ordering a much better toilet for us. Guess it will cost over $500 not including labour, but I think it will be worth it.
Apparently this is a different style than the one we have (he suggested a Caroma?) I trust this plumber so I hope he is right that the new one will be less likely to get plugged up (yuk)
