Cleaned most of my house today and did laundry. Still have the bathroom to scrub, will do that in the morning. Had the kids home today, it was a Professional Day for teachers.

What is everyone doing this weekend? No big plans here, think hubby is working overtime. Tomorrow I go to the Dr. Just checkup time. Would love to sneak off to see Doctor Sleep! But probably won't get to.

Have taken the dogs out in the backyard and let them play around and enjoyed my swing. Soak in some sun while I still can! Have you been having nice weather too? |

Yes, such a blessing! Some parts of the state had around 50 degrees today. I am just starting to feel a little better, so didn't have much of a chance to enjoy the nice day. Thanks - we had a few things happening around here lately - internet and TV connection went down; I was not well; Josh's left toe got infected where the nail had been removed etc.
On top of all this I haven't seen any birds at the feeder which is quite upsetting to me. (I know - this sounds trivial but I really like birds)
It has been strange weather - after that big dump of heavy wet snow things have gone back to normal weather-wise but it is weird to see most of the trees still have their leaves on them.
I wish the birds would come back or even that one persistent squirrel who was trying to make a nest in our balcony.
Andy "fixed his wagon" by closing up the hole where he had been scratching away, on the balcony outside of our bedroom.
I never thought I would say that I miss a squirrel!

You've had a few woes neesy, sorry to hear that. Hope all will get back to normal for you soon. Have you tried leaving out a mealworm block or mealworm pellets at your bird feeding area? I use them here and the birds devour them, it might entice your absent birds back. Wow - what a whiner, eh? Maybe I should have taken some cheese with that whine.
Actually today I did see some birds out at the feeder. We have sunflower seeds in it and also I put up a suet block with seeds imbedded in it.
It was so great to see those birds again at last!

I'm just making a loaf of bread - I'm trying a bit of spelt flour mixed in with the regular flour - I hope it turns out!

and also everyone else.
Don`t know if i go there, the school
is just across the streets.
