I have been wanting to eat those tiny baby corn on the cobs. So, for dinner tonight I made rice, breaded chicken in cherry sauce, breaded garlic pork in sweet and sour sauce, and a vegetable mixture of snow peas, red and green pepper, celery, onion, bean sprouts, and baby corn. The baby corn in a can are terrible. These are really good and can be cooked right in the radar range (remember when they were called that instead of microwave? )

Check out this photo I found on another site. It's Bono having dinner at Johnny Cash's house in 1987.

wireman That pic is awesome (for me, more so because of Johnny Cash than Bono).

annamarie that dinner sounds delicious! I like baby corns too. wireman very cool photo - me too morgan - I'm not a huge U2 fan, but I love Johnny Cash. I made spaghetti - the Ogre ate it, my son took his girlfriend to McDonalds instead; my daughter ate buttered noodles; I drank my Chateau St. Michelle. And had some gummie bears. Still being killed by the time change. It's almost 11. I'm not a bit sleepy.

Fresh sushi, clams, fresh baked breads, veggies, unique deli meats and different cheeses are the main reasons I go there on occasion.

It's Doener Kebap time again That looks good but I'd have to put honey mustard on it. Is that chicken?

Why - it's an Amana radar range bokoebaFTerAfwUuywKb

I have had Burger King twice this week- haven't felt like cooking. I just get a couple burgers and a medium fries. Our local restaurant has a consistently high health rating, which is a plus (98). This weekend I'm going to make homemade chicken fried steaks, mashed potatoes and fried okra. I'm craving some fried green tomatoes, too. Looking forward to eating more salads now that we are creeping into spring and summer. (Y'all need to try Zaxby's Zensation salad when it comes back. It's always fresh. Fresh iceberg lettuce with Asian cole slaw and sweet soy sauce dressing. They serve it with an eggroll. It's bomb.)

Tasty-looking sandwich osnafrank ! I think it's a sandwich night here too, but pretty boring. Fake turkey on toasted garlic ciabatta, with tomatoes and romaine. I bought some ginger snap cookies at the store today. Yum!!
I plan on making some cold noodle salad sometime this weekend. And maybe some fried potatoes with red and green bell peppers and onions.
