To me it looks like there's a bit of snout
(but maybe it's a piece of wood)
showing upper mid right,
at the edges of the palm like plants(?) reflection
in the water.

I was a long way away and took this with my phone so I had to crop and zoom to get a good look. It's hard to get close. I think this is a red shouldered hawk.

Where is this place ?

Jonathan Dickinson State Park about 10 miles from my house. Its named after a man (and his family) that shipwrecked there in the late 1600s and was captured by the natives and eventually was released and made his way up to Pennsylvania. He has a published account of his ordeal and it's about the only record of anything in South Florida at that time.
