Chapter 2 is now posted in the story thread. Really hope you like it, and want to hear what you all think. Especially about the illustrations. We might do illustrations, we might not. We'll see.
(I HAD about 1,000 words, but managed to get it down to 744 without losing any story. Thank God. Just reworded a lot of things. I hope it is a somewhat entertaining read.)

Very nice writing wolf . Holy sh!t, new twists and turns! Bloodthirsty werewolf, cops, slayer, and guardian werewolves. I was 500 words into my chapter, but scraping it and going back to scratch after that amazing submission. So that’s what the symbols you wanted artwork on were all about, eh? Dang, I’m going to have to think which part of the smorgasbord of story-lines I want to concentrate on and start anew (have to admit, I like the slayer angle). Thanks darkharbinger and wolf for giving us so many interesting ways to go in our own followup chapters.

JB darkharbinger ! There is no way I out did you. You came up with a fantastic piece! You gave us a GREAT setting, a mystery and intrigue, GORE, awesome and interesting characters, and some of the coolest creative and inspiring details! You have also given us a great story with 'supernatural and natural' elements. I think that opens things up for your fellow writers to write in whatever direction they might be most comfortable with and inspired to work on! I am definitely looking at Chapter 1 and thinking, "THIS is truly a 'Team in mind' piece of work as well!" Applause sir! (and thank you so much for kind praise on my chapter! 🙂)
I do hope you come up a with a chapter title for your Chapter 1, (I was kinda thinking : 'The moon sees everything.' might be cool. 😊) and your suggestion for a "Title for the whole story". 😊
Today there is a new illustration inserted at the bottom of Chapter 1. I hope everyone checks it out. More on that subject coming soon, gentlemen.

And you’re welcome for the images that mind of yours comes up with. I do them quick, down and dirty. If you have anymore new additions, twists or turns to this year’s Halloween Story, let me know in advance so I can stock up on more scotch. (rofl)

I am deciding whether it's better to lock myself in some undisclosed underground bunker, or fly off to Tahiti, until she's done editing it. Afraid she may need to put on her butcher hat instead of her editor hat. And I had even more I wanted to write about, but thought... enough is enough.
