Alright, nobody asked to be subjected to these but Dizzy and diobolic ,
apologies to everyone else lol. 😄
This thread is going to have some digital artwork I've done in the past.
Cartoonish and proportions and perspective are definitely out of whack, I know.
Definitely not my best works. But I still like them and have kept them.
Most of the drawings/basic sketches were rushed through,
as I wanted to learn the app's tools I was using and get into the detailing quickly, as well as figuring out, and work on creating the shading and highlights.
Like I've said elsewhere, these I did just for fun.
My best work I do for money, I do not post online.🙂
These first two are what I'm using as illustrations for my poem "Medusa Unbound".
(That poem needs to be seriously reworked at some time, too.)
These two pieces were done the higher quality app,
(as opposed to some I'll show y'all later, from a lesser quality app.)
And quite a few of the pieces I have on hand are unfinished.
I have only been able to harvest just so many from my iPad,
but I'm still working on getting out some of the better pieces,
when I have free time.
This one I really had fun doing the snakes and roses....
This one is a perfect example of the 'proportion and perspective' being way off.
But I loved doing the hair, dress, roses and other details.
Shading with color was quite difficult, but shading with just grays, blacks and whites were relatively easy, and the affect often quite dramatic.

These two were done on the 'lesser quality app'.
There was no opacity tool, and the color palette was really limited....
Titled : "She Joker".
I actually had a friendly argument with my Admin. friend on this app,
about how long a pieces title should be.
Lol, I did 3 different versions of this one, I titled them...
"Ever danced with a devil in the pale moonlight!?"
"Wait till they get a load of ME."
and...."I'm ready for my close up Mr. Demille!" 😄😉
Commander osnafrank might get a chuckle out of this one.
I did it solely on memory at the time.
"Animal!"...my favorite orange muppet. 😊.....

Just a few more for today....
"Heimdall"
A 'in progress' piece,
the finished art work was much better,
fixed that mess of a thumb,
and repaired the definition and completed the lance/staff.
Also added in more snowing in the upper back ground.
.... it was done on the 'better app'....
This one on the lesser app, it's not the final piece either,
The border and a few other things aren't all there in this.
Title : "Comedy comforts Tragedy".....

This next one is an unfinished piece I did on the Higher Quality app; using the 'oil painting mode' instead of 'air brush'.
This one was originally inspired (long ago) by two of "Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers" songs :
"American Girl"
and
"Mary Jane's Last Dance".
Everyone knows how much I love good St. Tom and the Apostolic Heartbreakers! 😄😉
This I want to use an illustration for
"The Valkyrie on the Balcony" in the 'New Poems Online" thread.
I'll post that one soon.
But I'll leave the picture here.....
