I think he might have mentioned Moxie in the book 11/22/63 I know for sure he was writing about a root beer float that tasted incredible

Glad everyone had a good day. That’s always a great way to start a weekend. I spent the week at my son’s farm. My days started by letting The Great White Beast out. Then I had to let the chickens out of their house and into their run, put the board up for them to get back in, and get me out of the run without letting them escape. (Imagine Tippi Hedren in the phone booth scene.) One morning, all was going well, when suddenly the chickens and roosters come running back…some up the board which I was still holding and the rest around my feet, squawking like crazy. The Beast decided to help and was sitting outside the fence near their food. Ya’ll know how much I love a yappy snappy puppy. You can see how dangerous he is. 🤣  I was exhausted and asleep between 8:30-9:30 every night.

wolf I think he’s younger than 6 months. It probably is part of his herding instinct, and he was with his working mother while he was nursing. But, he’s also a puppy and thinks everything is a chew toy…except actual chew toys. 😂
