Hey Dizzy I've been away from the Board for about a week - how's it going? Today I am making ribs in the slow cooker and pizza dough in the breadmaker - I bought some Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese  Happy New Year! Did you make any resolutions?  The ribs turned out pretty good and I turned the pizza dough into a cheese and onion pizza
Happy Hump Day!
 But I guess over in Germany it's time to watch the inside of your eyelids

I had my first university class today. It was online, weirdly, but I didn't mind as it was a bit of a throwback to the old online classes! The problem was that my new laptop's webcam is really grainy, so I was like some kind of found footage horror movie villain.
But luckily I was able to swap it for my old one at a break, which is much better in that regard. University of Glasgow or University of Edinburgh? (I should Google both but I'm assuming that each place DOES have a University?  Glad to hear you managed to swap out your equipment so easily
