Took the bus to the mall today.
Sneezed two times and got a seat immediately.
Didn`t know it`s that easy. osnafrank - the Rodney Dangerfield of the Ka-Tet Playground
(that was pretty good!)
Started a new regime yesterday morning, have started to bring a breakfast in with me to work,muesli with fresh berries and natural plain yogurt, just finished it now, pretty damn tasty,I normally never have breakfast but my wife insists I have to start having one, so rather than trying to Wolf down something at home it's far better to relax with it when I get into work as I always have about thirty minutes before I have to put my overalls on and start painting. Sounds really good - I think today I will go find some Greek yogurt - apparently it has more protein than the regular kind

Not doing anything brilliant. Cleaning the oven. Really dread this but have to do it.
I thought you had the same model as me? Mine has a self cleaning feature (which I haven't tried yet) They look identical from your pic, but no self cleaning on mine.
I need this guy to come over

Hey Sunny! - I made porcupines last night for supper (Andy had never heard of them) - they turned out pretty good

Staying a wee bit late in work to get the house finished, been a long day, I'm bushed. On the plus side I got five and a half hours sleep last night, that's pretty amazing for me!!

Just back home from Co. Kildare, left work early and was down there for 2pm, in the church for a confirmation ceremony till 4pm then into a restaurant till just after 7pm then dropped my father in-law home and then home myself. I'm exhausted.

I woke up an listen to Music while I run on the Treadmill (got to stay looking good an cardio lol) an then I go to the Grocery Store because my twin Sister take me an the kids over there (I cant Drive that's why) then when I get home I realize I lost some of my Money so I spent 45 minutes looking for it an no luck. Then ilay my Son Angelo down for his Nap then I play the Board Game called Sorry with my Daughter Kyra an her friend an now we just all watching Cartoons an chillin  I waiting for my Husband to be home from his friends house now as well.

You're lucky to have a treadmill at your house!
I have a recumbent bicycle but it got put into the basement - maybe I can talk Andy and Josh into bringing it up to the main floor so I can use it again

Feeling somewhat awful, having posted a belated birthday message to a forum member of whom I had no idea had passed a month before, on the SKMB. And then discovered two members liked my post without them even noticing.

It looks something like this one - instead of sitting upright like a regular bicycle, you're sitting back with your legs stretched out
Mine isn't quite as fancy as the second one - it has a display that shows heart rate, calories burned, distance and time but it is at least 9 or 10 years old
Had a lazy day, dropped my daughter to work this morning then hoovered the house this afternoon, got the vegetables prepared for dinner tonight, just relaxing now, I'll be heading back out to collect my daughter in about thirty minutes or so. You're such a good househusband!
