I played my video games an get a massage lol. My Birthday coming up on December 14th an I am excited about it.  I want do my nails ina bit too. You got a massage?! Wow - that sounds so good - I would love one of those right now.

Hi Dizzy - today I am going to the doctor for a prescription refill and also probably going to the Shoppers Drug Mart - it sounds like a drug store but they sell a lot more - maybe I will see some Christmas stuff to pick up.
Plus - I am planning to start those Christmas cards at last! It is already the 5th of December! Yikes!

Hi Dizzy - I have a fair sized Christmas card list - the prescription was just for some cream for my ankle (I have a bit of a dry skin rash).
Yesterday I went to Tai Chi and bowling as usual but the Tai Chi is over now until January, so I need to sign up for the new class.
Josh's bowling is having their Christmas party on the 14th so I will bring a couple of baking items. I made Cinnamon Raisin squares so far.
Apart from that not much is going on around here lately. It is cold as usual but it IS winter so that's normal for us.

Finally started painting the walls in the hall, stairs and landing, started as soon as I got home from work. Have them first coated and am now out collecting my daughter from her work. Too tired to start second coating this evening so I'll finish it tomorrow.

Daughter and I are heading to the library in about half an hour to see Craig Johnson, the Longmire author. He is in town for his annual reading of the new Longmire short story. Always a very good time!

Got it finished on Saturday, it was a struggle as I was in no mood to do it. My wife is happy with it though so I guess that's all that matters. Got my daughters room started today, am sitting in the car at the moment waiting for her to come out from work and I'll finish it when we get home, then I'll have a bit of dinner then drop my father in law home later this evening. Gotta put some new sounds on my ipod for work tomorrow so I'll do that before I hit the hay. |

My wife is happy with it though so I guess that's all that matters. I am critter sitting for my mom today and overnight. Doing some light cleaning/laundry and I might make some easy Christmas cookies later. (I'm not really a holiday person  ).
Just hoping to get some rest tonight. That's difficult enough when things are "normal." My mom's poor dog has been in front of the door and whining for her. She is so sad. The forlorn look in her eyes would break your heart.
