I posted a comment on Entertainment Weekly's page about Dwayne Johnson being overexposed and they deleted it. Because he's their bread and butter. He gives them exclusive interviews. I'm just tired of seeing Dwayne everywhere. He's in all these different franchise movies and he has a TV series too. I used to like him, but not anymore. I've seen a lot of other people saying the same thing about him. His new movie Hobbs & Shaw is underperforming according to the latest box office totals. There is an awful inconsiderate remark about genocide that made several people leave the theater in the middle of the movie.

All went well - Josh is being referred to a podiatrist for his two big toes - they will have to come off
Okay, now I've seen the other posts and I understand that Josh is losing his toenails, not his actual toes. Hope it goes well, and he gets some much needed relief. He has an appointment for Wednesday the 7th of August at 4 p.m. I hope she uses lots of anesthetic! (It's just a local anesthetic)

Today, shopping and laundry. Fun wow!
Tried to order a shower gift for my niece. She will be living very far, so I was going to order from her registry and have it delivered to her future mother in law. All those gifts will be expensive to ship.
The stores website offered a 20% off coupon, in store or on line, if you registered your email. So I did. And the coupon is only good in store. None close, and I have no time.

Well that’s weird.
DH ordered the same coupon, same store, different e-mail. His came with instructions how to apply on-line.
ordered the gift we selected, applied discount. It would cost $6.99 shipping OR add $2 to get free shipping. So we selected an additional item for about $4.

In Lisbon in Portugal at the moment, arrived yesterday just after 9.30am, had a pretty full on day walking around, hit the hay last night just after 10pm, been awake since 2am this morning. Waiting for the sun to rise so I can get out there and start walking.

Probably much nicer than Lisbon Falls, Maine, I bet!
You probably already know this, but here's something from Wikipedia:

All I have done today is help Josh bandage his sore toe - turns out they only do one toenail at a time. So once the right one is completely healed she will schedule him for the left one.
Andy and I took a red squirrel to Kildonan Park and while there we decided to check out the restaurant they have by the duck pond. Was not too bad - I had soup and a grilled cheese and he had a corned beef sandwich with fries (or chips as they call them in UK).
Not much going on around here for a Monday.
We have all the windows open and we're giving our AC a break. Just going to check the laundry and maybe read a bit of my book "The Tao of Pooh"
