He's not wrong, although most people i know, including me,
call the time after "Feierabend" just leisure/spare time. |

He's not wrong, although most people i know, including me,
call the time after "Feierabend" just leisure/spare time.
I was thinking of that word this morning, and typed it into search just to see if I could remember how to spell it correctly and that above came up. 😄 |

In this case, it means "Blau machen" (Blau = Blue)
Blaumachen (to make blue) means:
Skip work, play hooky.
Usually, you go to your doctor, say you're sick,
and he gives you a sick note.  |
