Frank, it would have made sense for the upcoming season to have a trailer related to the Gorn episode, no?

You know trailers nowadays, they seem to be designed to spoil an episode or a movie.

A bit random, but I love the actress who plays Chapel, but I have to say, what the hell is that wig they've put on her?
The wigs were great in the previous season but this seasons' is randomly weird.

Ohai friends...looky here! It's like Godzilla x Kong, but with less destruction and more giggling and hugging!

Tanith, tell me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there was talk of a Doctor Who and Star Trek crossover back when Enterprise was on and Eccleston was the Doctor?
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that was a thing that was being talked about for a while.

Like the original series, the revival series took a long time to catch on here in the States so we American Whovians might have missed that bit of gossip. It's intriguing, though...I'll look into it! Personally I'm holding out for an X-Files/DW crossover, but I'll take what I can get!

Who keeps saying yes to Alex Kurtzman at Paramount? I don't know Edders, maybe Kurtzmans' sister is married to Paramounts CEO.

I could be wrong, Tanith. I do believe that Enterprise had been cancelled by the time the revamp of Doctor Who got going.
I always thought the show that would work best for a Doctor Who crossover would have been Quantum Leap, the original show with Bakula and the like. I don't know if it would work so well with the remake show of Quantum Leap (which I believe has actually been cancelled). I'm not even sure Bakula would be for coming back at all as he didn't return for the new remake of Quantum Leap, despite being asked.
I think I would have been interested in this decades ago, but not so much with current Trek or Who, you know?

I'd have to go back and watch Quantum Leap again, EJ. It's been many and many-a, as sai King would say.
Whovians are fond of throwing the Doc into all sorts of crossover territory, of course. I've seen fanfics where the TARDIS lands at Hogwarts, the Shire, the Death Star, and Bruce Wayne's mansion. There actually is a "Land of Fiction" mentioned somewhere in the show's mythos, supposedly with ties to the Toymaker. But my own fanfic idea, if I ever get around to writing it, is XF. I want to see Mulder and Scully grilling the Doctor (any incarnation). It would be hilarious.
The video I linked was unveiled at SDCC last weekend. Not sure if it's meant to go beyond that, but I thought it would be fun to share!
