I know! When I was last at the doctor they measured my height at half an inch less than normal
I also heard that if you measure your height as soon as you get out of bed you'll be taller i.e. your spine compresses as the day wears on (not sure if this is true or not)
I am retired now but trying to stay active and stimulate my mind (don't want to end up like my dear old Dad who had Alzheimer's disease
I found this poem online which I think is very touching  That's cute scoup - I just got a book from the library about Christmas hacks so maybe I will come back here every day I learn a new hack

Be careful out there.
You can fast forward the first 35 - 40 seconds (that's when the soda machine starts going nuts)
When we went to Maine in 2018 we all met at the diner they used in the movie
It's a movie from Stephen King
Here's the description:

Here's a holiday tip I just saw while reading the book "Holiday Hacks"
Make your house smell amazing and festive this season by boiling some orange peels with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and about 4 to 5 cups of water over medium heat.
(My personal note would be to keep an eye on it - if it boils dry then it will smell pretty bad

 Ummm - No  But I have in the past forgotten about a pot on the stove and it wasn't pretty (now I use a timer)

At least burnt oranges and cinnamon would smell A LITTLE better than cabbage or other things.

During Christmas I learned that edwardjohn must be a fan of tennis,
and a fan of the 70's tennis scene and stars.
(Ilie Nastase a.k.a. 'Nasty Nastase', was a favorite of mine.
He got into trouble for what he would say to, and about, the umpires.
So he got to where he would say all the terrible in Romanian to his brother
sitting on the sidelines. 😂😉)

Didn't know that. I learned this last summer when Andy planted some Brussels sprouts (unfortunately some sort of worm enjoyed them before we had a chance to)
