I guess I could go walk down the back lane with my "urban poles" but I am not in the mood
(I did start my day by doing 35 minutes on the stationary bicycle before breakfast)

Call volume has been steady, but relatively slow for about the past week or so.
People are afraid to go to the hospitals right now.
Lower automobile traffic also means less accidents which is a good thing.

So far today I made pumpkin pie pancakes
I'm hoping for a delivery from Lush Canada - they are predicting it will be here by Tuesday the 7th of April but it could be delayed due to Covid-19
