Hi to all the Ka-Tet-mates
Today I watered the tomato plants and included a bit of Miracle-Gro
The tent trailer is up now and is shading them a bit but I still think they will get enough sunlight to thrive.
I have to go to a doctor's appointment with Josh.
Speaking of Josh here is a good pic taken of him this past weekend
(I had to resize it)
He is going to a wedding in August and we found a great place where they have really nice suits - he bought the whole kit and kaboodle and will pay me back gradually over the next few months.

I'm doing laundry and making banana bread. (But wishing I was on that road trip with wolf !) I have been thinking the same thing Morgan (about the road trip). This has definitely been a medical month for me. Have an appointment with a orthopedic surgeon. Need 4 toes re-broken and set. Just can't wait

I'll have to tackle my own back garden soon, just got the hedge trimmer repaired and it has plenty of work ahead of it. He's a handsome lad neesy. Thanks @notaro - he does look good in a suit!

Thanks for being so concerned but I must apologize - I meant "his toe nails" not his toes
I must have been in a big rush and did not proofread what I had typed
He has had problems with his two big toe nails for years now

Just wanted to let everyone know that our two squirrels are now inside of a provincial park (Birds Hill Park) so they are more or less "back in the wild" but still somewhat close to people.
I can just picture them hanging around the snack bar at the beach, looking for freebies and handouts |

Should have proofread my sentence more carefully (I was in a rush) - no use editing it now as I have already confused many people
No - not his actual toes - just the big toe NAILS
So now I am picturing him without his two big toes - how would he be able to stand up? (I'm sure this has happened in the past to people - they must do some kind of reconstructive surgery in that case).

Neesy, just saw this message about Josh. So sorry to hear this, awful news for him. Tried to see the pic of him, but doesn't seem to work when I click on it.
Hi Sandy - he will probably be quite happy if the doctor removes the two nails - they are discoloured and thickened etc. He cannot even cut them himself - it's been like this for a while so he is relieved to finally get them seen by a specialist.
We tried antifungal medication in the past but it did not work.

It was just his toe nails, not the actual toes.
