It started with music for me. Rock n Roll cause disco sucked. And things kinda went sideways when I went off to college.

Fondue - it was the weirdest thing. We never had it in my house. It was for Hippies! So of course I wanted it.

Mood rings - Did you have one?
I still have mine. And no, they don't work. It's all hogwash.
"Unfortunately, mood rings don't really work and aren't accurate at all. This is because of two reasons: Mood rings react to external temperature and not just to the temperature on your finger. You could be feeling stressed and overworked, but if you're near the kitchen stove, it could come up as happy and excited."

My childhood in pictures. OMG remember when Spock was on the cereal box?!? That's awesome. I saw KISS at Madison Square Garden. Molly Hatchet opened for them. I stood on a folding wooden chair to watch the show, until I fell off it! LOL. I luved Ace Frehley. My college roommate started calling me Elmo after the two goldfish that Gene Simmons owned, El and Mo. She still calls me that decades later.

That is beyond cool! 👏😎 I never got to see Kiss in the 70's. My parents wouldn't go see them and didn't trust my older cousins to take me (buncha trouble-makers) so the closest I got was sticking fake tattoos all over myself, jumping on my bed and singing along loudly to Kiss Alive! and Alive II ....

Parents stop all the fun. My roommate was a member of the KISS Army. She turned me on to them. Did you sing into a hairbrush? We all sang into a hairbrush in front of the mirror!

And yes , my legs whistled when I walked. I bought them and my first pair of jeans in the boys' clothing store because they weren't in girls' sizes.

The Crusin' Party Mobile... NO SEATBELTS! Did you take it to the Drive In movies? Remember opening Coke and beer bottle tops with the male ends of those old seat belts? I bet diobolic and wireman do! 😊.....as well as making chains from the old "pop tops" still found in the sands of Margaritaville! 😄😉
