The cover art and teaser look great!! I sent the link to my son, who is in the US Navy, and after I sent the email I clicked on the link and the screen said I did not have permission to access. Is this open to the public yet? It has to be me doing something wrong.
You can only enter this section when you`re in the writers group,
guests and most of the members don`t have access.

Which location will the Halloween story be posted? Didn't it usually end up close to Chattery Teeth? Also I have yet to find the cover art.
Any other suggestions ?

Alright.....getting back to posting about the idea that another Ka-tet Playground Member brought up.
I'll make this as simple, clear and brief as I can.
1. Start a new Playground tradition. "A Christmas Story" thing.
But NOT the same as the Halloween Story! Nothing that would try to compete with the important Tradition of the SKMB Halloween Story.
A more informal, and less structured type of event that would not require the (really cool and fun) hidden threads and ordered sign up. Something that anyone and everyone can participate in, and contribute to.
2. No editor/organizer required, ( so relax Miss doyoulove19 😊) The Mods would monitor the submissions as the posts come up. I know I would make time and be diligent about doing that, if we wanted to do something like this.
3. It could be an ongoing story (or maybe not) that lasts any length of days. It could Dec. 1st. Through Dec.24 th. And be a story thread where one story is on going. Or maybe be and open thread for people to bring stories of different kinds.
4. Another suggestion was to make it shorter and do something a little creepy like : " The 13 Days of a ChristmasTale" and have it begin 13 days before Christmas Eve.
I know all of this is pretty vague and loose....so that's why I decided to bring it up here and ask everyone's opinion and get ideas from all here.
I did mention that sort of thing might be good for the "self promotion" section, but the member wanted it to be a board wide thing for everyone to join in on and read. So I thought of Spidey and Frank first, then thought about it some more and I think this group here in this place, is a good sounding board.
And from here, it could be brought out into the public threads if the Playground.
What do you guys think?

But I really don't know all that much about these things.
I've learned a lot from this project.
Anyone want to offer opinions/thoughts/ ideas?

I dont know..... Seems a bit vague. here is some thoughts though. An ongoing story similar to the one we just did with chapter following chapter i think needs an editor at the helm. So an ongoing story i dont really believe in without an editor. That said, what could be done is to have whoever wants to to write a short story on the theme christmas. It could be creepy or cute or whatever. That would be a kind of christmas anthology thing. That probably could be handled without an editor at the helm and whoever wanted to could join in with a story. That, in short, is my thoughts about it.

I like the individual story idea is the one I think would be best. A general theme wouldn’t be a bad idea. Also someone probably should edit. Cause you know my mind sometimes kinda uh weird 😎
