More information on Diagnosis added into the online chart :
“REFERRAL - OUTSIDE FACILITY/PROVIDER CLINIC - Comments
Severe chronic progressive debility, and EMG 2023 with chronic axonal demyelinating polyneuropathy, "severe bilateral chronic sensorimotor axonal + demyelinating peripheral polyneuropathy affecting all four extremities. There are signs of reinnervation without active denervation present."
EMG: Electromyography Test: used to diagnose injuries and conditions that affect your muscles and the nerves that control them. Chronic Progressive Debility: decline of physical function. Chronic Axonal Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP): (Axonal is an adjective that means of, relating to, affecting, or taking place along an axon, the long, thin, and cylindrical part of a nerve cell) CIDP is caused by damage to the fat-based protective covering on nerves called the myelin sheath. Symptoms of CIDP are: * Tingling or no feeling in fingers and toes * Weakness of arms and legs * Loss of deep tendon (muscle stretch) reflexes * Fatigue or feeling tired * Unusual feelings in the body Severe Bilateral Chronic Sensorimotor Axonal + Demyelinating Peripheral Polyneuropathy: Sensorimotor polyneuropathy is a condition that causes a decreased ability to move and feel (sensation) because of nerve damage.
Reinnervation without Active Denervation: the process of innervating (supplying nerves to) a part of the body that has lost nerve supply, as from injury or disease without Active Denervation (loss of nerve supply). The restoration of function to a denervated body part and especially a muscle by supplying it with nerves through regrowth or grafting.”
That above is in addition to a lot of info on the Spondylosis.

Update …..
Since my last appointment in November symptoms have changed and escalated again. Now it’s clear that when I’m sitting straight up, my arms and hands get decidedly worse.
I can only guess, but it feels to me like my spine must be compressing and putting pressure on something, to cause this.
I’ll be seeing the guys in Neurology again (hopefully soon) and will have a lot to let them know about.
If I sit back, or lay back, on the sofa or my bed, they improve and work better. That’s what I’m doing right now to be able to type more and longer, with a little less difficulty.
When I get to Neurology I'm going put them on the spot and make them answer questions. They haven’t said it yet, but I’m thinking there isn’t going to be anything they can really do as far as treatment. Forget the reinnervation, there’s no signs of any of that going on. But it sure seems like the denervation is moving along steadily.
I just want them to level with me, and get on with telling me what I can probably expect to happen. The way everything feels right now, sooner or later my good arm is probably going to be as useful as Christy Brown’s left foot.
I did some cross referencing, and read up some more, on the conditions I have, neuropathy in particular.
Low blood pressure is a symptom of that. No one at County has mentioned that before. So I’ll ask them about that too.
I googled "what triggers episodes of low blood pressure". 'Emotional stress' was one thing listed that explained a few things. So I’m avoiding getting into altercations with f******g idiots and A**hole* 😂 and keeping on pacing myself and avoiding over exertion.
I’ll tell the doc’s what I’ve looked up, and ask them. I know I could have gotten some things wrong, or misread. And I know I’m not a doc, and I’m not going to try to diagnose this stuff going on. Just can’t help wondering sometimes, and look around at the possibilities. 😊
I’m figuring out new ways to do things and get things done. Adapting and adjusting to compensate for the challenging physical state I’m now in. Lol, who’d have thunk it. I’ve found 121 new uses for a broom.
The Ex has been really good, he helps me out when he’s home from work. He does whatever I ask him to, without bitching or complaining. 😊 And I do try to not be bothering him unless I really need to, and need help with something’s.
Now that I think about it, he hasn’t been bitching or ranting about ANYTHING lately. 🤔 ….that ain’t right …..something is going on. 🤨 I’ll get to the bottom of that. 😒
I’ve got a raging damn sinus infection going on too, I’ll get that seen to as well. It’s really starting to be a drag. I told them about it before, but it kinda got put on the back burner because of all the other stuff they were looking into.
That’s all I can think of right now, to update y’all. I’m doing alright. Coping with stuff, and I am grateful for everything, and for getting through every day okay, especially the rough ones. Thank God. And thank all of you for your good prayers snd wishes/thoughts/vibes. Love all you guys. 😊
