Update …..
Since my last appointment in November symptoms have changed and escalated again. Now it’s clear that when I’m sitting straight up, my arms and hands get decidedly worse.
I can only guess, but it feels to me like my spine must be compressing and putting pressure on something, to cause this.
I’ll be seeing the guys in Neurology again (hopefully soon) and will have a lot to let them know about.
If I sit back, or lay back, on the sofa or my bed, they improve and work better. That’s what I’m doing right now to be able to type more and longer, with a little less difficulty.
When I get to Neurology I'm going put them on the spot and make them answer questions. They haven’t said it yet, but I’m thinking there isn’t going to be anything they can really do as far as treatment. Forget the reinnervation, there’s no signs of any of that going on. But it sure seems like the denervation is moving along steadily.
I just want them to level with me, and get on with telling me what I can probably expect to happen. The way everything feels right now, sooner or later my good arm is probably going to be as useful as Christy Brown’s left foot.
I did some cross referencing, and read up some more, on the conditions I have, neuropathy in particular.
Low blood pressure is a symptom of that. No one at County has mentioned that before. So I’ll ask them about that too.
I googled "what triggers episodes of low blood pressure". 'Emotional stress' was one thing listed that explained a few things. So I’m avoiding getting into altercations with f******g idiots and A**hole* 😂 and keeping on pacing myself and avoiding over exertion.
I’ll tell the doc’s what I’ve looked up, and ask them. I know I could have gotten some things wrong, or misread. And I know I’m not a doc, and I’m not going to try to diagnose this stuff going on. Just can’t help wondering sometimes, and look around at the possibilities. 😊
I’m figuring out new ways to do things and get things done. Adapting and adjusting to compensate for the challenging physical state I’m now in. Lol, who’d have thunk it. I’ve found 121 new uses for a broom.
The Ex has been really good, he helps me out when he’s home from work. He does whatever I ask him to, without bitching or complaining. 😊 And I do try to not be bothering him unless I really need to, and need help with something’s.
Now that I think about it, he hasn’t been bitching or ranting about ANYTHING lately. 🤔 ….that ain’t right …..something is going on. 🤨 I’ll get to the bottom of that. 😒
I’ve got a raging damn sinus infection going on too, I’ll get that seen to as well. It’s really starting to be a drag. I told them about it before, but it kinda got put on the back burner because of all the other stuff they were looking into.
That’s all I can think of right now, to update y’all. I’m doing alright. Coping with stuff, and I am grateful for everything, and for getting through every day okay, especially the rough ones. Thank God. And thank all of you for your good prayers snd wishes/thoughts/vibes. Love all you guys. 😊
((((((All in need or not)))))) ❤️🙏
Prayers continue. Keep notes, especially what you do before symptoms occur. Eat natural food when possible. Good vibes.

Thinking of you, wolf. Have they even tried to suggest things like exercises, therapy, or even chiropractic care to alleviate any of this? I'm not sure if any of it's feasible (or useful), but I thought I'd bring it up.

Thank you Tanith 😊
The only thing they’ve been able to suggest is physical therapy to try help keep my back muscles stay strong. My lower spine is trashed.
The one thing that sticks in my mind is that I’m not in pain. That’s a good thing in one way, but maybe the reason WHY isn’t that great.
They all expect, and have assumed, that I have a lot of pain with this. They try to hide it sometimes, but I see the ‘what the hell’ looks on their faces, when I tell them AGAIN, I’m not hurting. Like I said before, I get tired, achy and sore, but I don’t have the constant severe pain like I used to. Grateful for that too. Those years were hell.
When I go back to Neurology, I’ll pin them down on what I can expect to happen. Asking for the best educated guesses they can give me.

Well, just got notification today, that a Mar. 11th appointment has been cancelled by County, because of issues with changes in insurance coverage made this new year. And I still haven’t heard anything from the case worker/social worker with County. So I’m not messing around with either of them anymore, County or BCBS. I’ll get together what I need to get set up with Medicaid, and get to work on that the best I can. Once that’s done, it should make getting set up with SSI disability benefits easier. It’ll all work out eventually.

Hey - you take care of yourself - about that cream - I suppose it's not as bad as mixing up the tube with hemorrhoid cream with the tube of toothpaste? lol
Sending you some healing vibes for your upcoming surgery
