Sumptuous
I found my self thinking of this word this weekend as I watched Guillermo DelToro's "The Shape Of Water". .....the sets, the color schemes, the lighting, the costumes, the aged Art Deco period architecture, the conveyances of the time..... Institutional greens and blues in all their variances, (and other colors too) looked so beautiful. All around a masterpiece of a film. Lol, I don't want this to turn into a movie review, so I'll save the rest up for movie threads.

For some reason I have always been fascinated with and have loved words with X'es, Q's, C's, double S'es ....and more. Multiple O's are pretty cool and fun too.....Right Out of Order?

Like this. Makes me think of words like: meandering, labyrinthine and circumlocutions.

Phantasmagoria
Brief definition: a constantly shifting complex succession of things seen or imagined, a bizarre or fantastic collection or assemblage.
Root words: Phan (Greek verb) to appear, seem. Agora (again Greek) a gathering place, a place to assemble for discussion and exchange of ideas and more.
Greeks called them Agoras, the Romans called them forums.
I just love how one thing leads to another.
Agoraphobia: the fear wide open places.
Phobia: an exaggerated fear. New Latin from the Greek word Phobos meaning, fearing.
Not to be confused with

Phobos is also the name of the larger and innermost satellite, of two, orbiting the planet Mars.
