To the folks from Texas, wolf , mary , @wayoftheredpanda.
There was a German Band called "Texas Lightning", back in 2005 or so.
One Day Larry Hagman was in a Show on German TV and he saw
this band and laughed his a*s off.
The Host asked him "What`s so funny ?"
And Hagman said:
We call it a Texas Lightning, when a Farmer burns down
his Farm or a shed to get money from the insurance.
Is this true ?

Why do they (almost) always ask people for the Drivers License first
