That sounds like fun - the only thing we have planned at the moment is to go the mall - Josh has a haircut scheduled for 4 p.m. with "Vanna"
p.s. the hairdresser is actually Filipino ☺ - he really needs a good haircut! It's hard to always get the same person, though, as it is a chain store (Aura Beauty Salon)

That sounds like a lot of Fun  Have fun and enjoy your day Well - guess I had better sign off before I lose track of the time - I'm running a bath tub full of water with Algemarin - it's this weird stuff Andy likes. It turns the water blue.
It's still a bit wet out there today - we had some early morning thundershowers.

Hope everyone had a good Saturday. Stock up week for grocery and usual feed run for the critters. Temp was 98F and full sun.

Well I finally made Bannock yesterday (my first time). Got the recipe from the allrecipes.ca website. Much to my surprise it turned out great! . I put 2 handfuls of shredded cheddar in it too. Relieved I didn't make a mess of a First Nations peoples recipe. |

Relieved I didn't make a mess of a First Nations peoples recipe. Yummy - when Andy first came here and heard about bannock he was surprised. He told me it's an old Scottish recipe. I wonder if the original Scottish settlers introduced it to the First Nations peoples way back when? You are making me hungry! 🍞🧀 |

Hello Tet! I'm glad I finally finished my set up here. It took me a bit - couldn't pick an avatar - couldn't remember my password - couldn't figure out how to post - WTH is wrong with me. I think I turned my brain off for the summer. I got confused about the "thumbs up". It's at the top of the message instead of bottom, so I don't know what the heck I was clicking. It's fine though - I like it all!
Since it's Father's Day, I'm grilling, making all sorts of stuff: BLT dip, deviled eggs, hasselback potatoes, grilled burgers, banana puddings. I went to early Mass so I could spend the day cooking. But first, a nap. I was up late, got up early, I'm due for some more sleep.
It was HOT here yesterday - horrible. Today is still hot but a little overcast - a storm would be nice.
I haven't figured out how to load images yet - maybe I'm too tired.
Have a wonderful day friends! I'm hoping to get back on here and visit after the feast this evening. If you're a dad: Happy Father's Day - if you're not, celebrate anyway!
