Answer to the conundrum above :
At the same time as a Judge issues a search warrant, the judge also issues an order
(like the opposite of a gag order)
for the homeowner to comply with any and all needs of the occifers involved. That order requires them to give invitation to the Vampire(s). Non compliance would immediately incur more charges
(such as obstruction of justice, interference in police investigation)
and an exorbitant fines, and of course there would have to be automatic arrest for defiant contempt of
court….and 🤔….criminal obstinacy in general.

In the year 2035 there was an outbreak of vampire rabies that turned into quite an epidemic. Humans and the ‘normal vampires’ quickly found they had a common goal. Survival. Vampires went public, and began working with authorities, against the afflicted. Truces were made, treaties devised. They two communities found ways to coexist. The eradication of that strain of rabies is still being worked on by scientists in both sides.

(there’s talk circulating….behind the scenes, secret intelligence organizations on both sides, have agreed to never eradicate the rabies strain COMPLETELY. Instead they are controlling it, and letting it take its course in areas where there is a need.
Predators are necessary and serve important purposes.
Vampires help control human overpopulation, and the virus helps control the vampiric species. Nature is a genius, and always the apex predator, coming up with new ways to bring balance.

🤔….Wow. Just think about what magnificent historians vampires are. All the events and things they have seen and done. Not only living through it all, but having most accurate, first hand documentations. And the art and literature they have accumulated, and preserved. They know the answers to the questions about mysteries, like the Mandela effects, they saw and know how Stone Henge and the Pyraminds were built. 🤔
How they survived the dark ages and the Black Plague, and other events…..🤔
