I say this every year, but there's been no actual farmers presented who have endorsed this changing the clocks crap. 
I don't so much mind it when the clocks go back ... the other one ... not so much.

The same thing I do every year, sis.
I’m putting the
”Out of Candy” sign on the front door,
turning off the porch light,
closing the mini blinds up,
turning all the lights off inside,
turning on “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”,
and eating the M&M’s.

Answer to the conundrum above :
At the same time as a Judge issues a search warrant, the judge also issues an order
(like the opposite of a gag order)
for the homeowner to comply with any and all needs of the occifers involved. That order requires them to give invitation to the Vampire(s). Non compliance would immediately incur more charges
(such as obstruction of justice, interference in police investigation)
and an exorbitant fines, and of course there would have to be automatic arrest for defiant contempt of
court….and 🤔….criminal obstinacy in general.
