Thanks. I never imagined I would be an actual homeowner this year. But a situation arose and I decided to take the bull by the horns, so to speak.
I'm immensely relieved the search is finally over. I was borderline having anxiety attacks the last two weeks because everything I was looking kept getting sold.

Thanks. I never imagined I would be an actual homeowner this year. But a situation arose and I decided to take the bull by the horns, so to speak.
I'm immensely relieved the search is finally over. I was borderline having anxiety attacks the last two weeks because everything I was looking kept getting sold. Congratulations! House hunting and moving is a nightmare for me, but the few times I've done it, it's always been well worth the hassle. So I completely understand the anxiety attacks! I hope you love your new house and can relax in it now....or very soon. |

I am happy for a few more precious days on the SKMB.
I also received a thank you card and gift from the lady I made salsa for a few weeks ago. She gave me a jalapeno scoop(er) and tomato corer (is that a word? Lol). I don't own any fancy kitchen doodads, so yay!
She also asked to buy a batch of salsa from me for a dinner she's having tomorrow. I made it last night.

I’m remembering something I saw a few days ago and it’s making happy right now.
I was coming home from visiting family and I saw a cat standing on the corner of the sidewalk. It looked like it was waiting for the light to change to the “walk” signal to cross the street like a little human.
And then ...I’m not kidding...it actually crossed the street IN THE CROSSWALK!
Funniest damn thing! 😸

The Way my Husband an my Mama an my Little Sister always Assist me...like Today my Mama Came into the Hospital with me an did all the Talking an at the Pharmacy too because my Family Know it Embaress me to Talk in Front of People with my Speech Problems...It just Good to Know that some People always have my Back. I Kind of get that Feelings from this Forums too.

This is probably going to sound super lame. Has anyone seen an extreme couponing show? I saw an episode once and I think the store actually owed the shopper money at the end. Can't even wrap my brain around such madness. There's no such thing as double coupons around here. Anyway...
I'm going to sound like I'm a hundred years old. But the CVS rewards card has saved me a lot in the past. It's about the only place I use coupons. You can print them at the store and they send them via email and snail mail too. Today my subtotal was around $83 and after all my coupons, I owed just over $18 after tax! Seriously. Not kidding. I saved something like 80% - a new record for me. Can't scoff at keeping over $60 in my wallet.
So, drinks are on me tonight, tet!
