The John Wick films are fun but they aren't even close to being in my top ten but when it comes to figure/replica's that have come out in the last few years, it is hands down one of the best I've seen in the 1:12 scale. As always Mezco went all out with the quality of the clothing, the outfit is as close to what he wore in the second film as possible, the shoes, the tie, the cuffs, all as movie like as possible at the 1:12 scale. Where they really went all out is on the head sculpts, while there are better head sculpts out there on 1:6 Wick figures, this is hands down the best I've seen when it comes to the 1:12 scale. There's the normal head that looks almost dead on to what Keanu looks like, hair is all nicely combed, he hasn't really started his day yet, and then there's the second head where he's had a hard day and his hair is a bit messed up and he's got a ton of cuts on his face.
Then there's the accessories, they really went all out with this one. The guns, for the scale, are so close to the accurate guns used in the film, swear even the safety switch on each gun is visible. The figure also includes 12 stacks of gold coins, the currency they all use in the films, the trunk he stores the coins and many of his guns in, and everything has racks in the trunk so everything looks dead on to the film, there's even spare clips. As always with Mezco's 1:12 line, extra hands for different grips are included, and the base and stand. But wait, there's more....
As you can see in the pic, he also comes with Dog. Dog is just a very highly detailed static sculpt, no articulation whatsoever but well, John wouldn't be as cool as he is without Dog. Oh, and since it's a Mezco exclusive, comes in a nice tin box. Yes, I usually sell these when they go up in value, as this one already has but I'm not doing so this time. Why? No clue, just too cool of a figure.
