I liked this one. It was very short with a sudden horrific ending. The optimism for the future with the graduation suddenly crashes with the reality of the future.

Nice short read. Demonstrates the "ups" and "downs"of life. The joy of a graduation party and the devastation of seeing a bomb destroy NYC before your eyes. King hits the mark again.

A very unexpected conclusion to this tale. I was expecting something horrible to happen, but something more domestic; perhaps Buddy going crazy when Janice decides to leave him, something like that. I didn't expect Armageddon. I guess the main point of the story is: don't plan too far ahead, the world has a habit of sending your plans to hell. An excellent story.

Next Wednesday, we will discuss N by Stephen King from Just After Sunset
I've already started reading it! Last night I read N before bed but decided to stop and get some sleep (I finally got over to the library to get Just After Sunset)
