You can publish the Story Cover and Teaser TODAY, Frank! 
We publish Chapter 1 on October 24th.
(I will post the epilogue, right behind Edders' final Chapter 8 on October 31st. 🙂)
Edders has hollered to me and said he will have his chapter back to me sometime today. 🙂
Later this afternoon I will be drawing for the writer of "The Epilogue", guys.
The contenders for that are:
