morgan Let me know when you reread this. Just finished that disappointing Patterson book tonight and am planning on reading The Bottoms by Joe R. Lansdale next. Considering Pet Sematary after that.

I think Timmy Baterman reanimated is the scariest part of the book. After reading and going through that, what happened with Gage wasn't much of a shock to me. I was just really sad that Jud had to go.

Been a while since I read it but I do remember Jud's recollections about Timmy Baterman being particularly creepy.

For me it's the digging up of Gage from the cemetery. When Louis pulls the cotton from his mouth and Gage's lips make a plip! sound.
Freaks me out.
