I Have tried that Game Alien-isolation Deviancy I didn't get very Far lol Xenomorph always Catch me an kill me lol it's Hard.  I Hope You Can Have better luck then Me lol.

I Have tried that Game Alien-isolation Deviancy I didn't get very Far lol The old Friday/Jason game was kind of like that, it was about defense rather than offense and staying away from Jason but he'd pop out of nowhere and kill the player, and it had limited continues. isolation, I'll see what happens, I may get Colonial Marines again instead, just depends. I never finished the expansion for Colonial Marines, the expansion explains how Hicks survives and its all about getting him to safety, and it does tie into the films, it just takes place in between 2 and 3, like Isolation takes place between 1 and 2. |

Thats cool Deviancy I Hope you have fun With whatever choice you Make what is colonial Marines like for a game? The single player mode, it isn't that unlike Doom 3 but you can upgrade weapons with experience points, and you start in space trying to stop Weyland's mercs from destroying it, while also avoiding aliens. But regardless, the ship crashes onto the planet Ripley and the others left not that long ago, and Weyland had already sent tons of mercs to try to trap Aliens so they can use them as weapons, so the player, with a few fellow marines, have to go around taking out Weyland mercs and aliens. The story is actually good, not sure why some reviewers ripped on the game, it has a solid story and the game play is just as good any other first person shooter. Then there's the expansion that deals with a young woman and a marine from the second film that is supposed to be dead, he does explain how he survived however and it puts an interesting spin on Alien 3. Fun game... worth picking up on sale.. wouldn't pay full price for it though. |

It totally is worth it but try to make sure to get it on sale, they sometimes put the base game on sale but not the expansion and without the expansion, it just isn't the same.
I was going to get the first Aliens Vs. Predator today but then I read it needs the GOG client to play online, I hate installing "clients", they're nosy and keep track of everything.

Oh Ok Well Thank You For Letting Me Know I Will Wait then I'm on level 3 now and so far it seems to be ok but I'll play more today when I get a chance. One thing that amuses me about the game that I totally forgot about, the first level is actually the hardest. It starts off easy but there's a part in it where its dark and kind of maze like, and there are tons and tons and tons of xeno's. The game doesn't let you save whenever you want, it has auto save check points, so if you get to that part of the game and your armor gauge is zeroed out and you rely entirely on heath only, it only takes maybe 3 hits for them to kill you, if that. So it took me almost an hour to finally beat that part of the level and then I breezed through level 2 and I'm almost done with level 3 already. No clue why that first level was made to be more difficult than later levels, I have the difficult set to "Recruit" which is the lowest setting and damn, its just hard. The game does have a learning curve, you need to really get used to running and then ducking in certain corners while they pop out so you can kill them, if you don't hide here and there, they just ambush the hell out of you. Off topic, below this post it says "The thread in which you are posting has no effects applied to it". What does that mean? Do some threads have special powers?  |

I Been Playing 007 Golden Eye or N64 Today I Start a New Game On it in actual 007 Difficulty lol Very Hard. Me an My Husband Like to Face Eachother in it too Alotta Fun lol We Have all Characters too.

I deleted the game about an hour ago, a few levels are stable but it got crash happy again. I personally just can't recommend it, especially since you'd probably get it for a console. In the PC version you can fix it somewhat because there's a typo in one of the files that runs the game, and it can be edited on the PC but on a console, your stuck with the typo, so it may crash even more. I haven't played Isolation yet so I may give it a shot next but as of right now, I'd say Alien 3 is the best Alien game, even though it is ancient since it was made for the SNES and Genesis. I tried the Aliens Vs. Predator games, never got into them, they just don't have a story I can get into. In short, I can't recommend Aliens: Colonial Marines, too many issues, but I do recommend going old school and giving Alien 3 a shot again. They are working on a new Aliens game that is supposed to make for the mistakes they made with Colonial Marines, no clue on when it'll be released but I imagine it will be better. |

Isolation is one of the few Horror games that has actually made me feel a genuine sense of fear. The part where you have to navigate the medical ward while the Xenomorph is close by is excellent level design. |

I really don't have time to play vid games,
but when my kid was younger we used to play this.
The one video game I ever got into, and got pretty good at, was this one.
Favorite weapon : "The Ion Detonator"! 😃 ....I want one.🤨
Lol, basically a grenade launcher. It's fun.
It's been awhile, but I REALLY enjoyed watching my sun play
"Red Dead Redemption II"
....GTA I and II as well.
