....lol, my kid and his dad got off work early, and both of them were pissed off and getting on eachother's nerves. Just griping up a storm. I sent his old man, back to his own dang house. Went to my room, and told the sun to not bother me until he got in a more civil mood.....took the bottle of rum with me too. Everyone is starting to feel better now, for the most part.

On Topic Though Hmmm Well It Bum Me Out that We Can't Have a Big Family Meeting this Year For Thanks Giving... We Not Supposed to Anyways. On the Bright Side though I Will Still Have a Feast With My Kids an Husband. I cant Complain As Long as Everyone is Staying Safe.

You're right wolfie, crashing today head-on into a deer on my way home from work (nice rack on it, by the way) at 45 mph, seeing bits of your grill go flying everywhere, and launching the deer over the windshield and the roof is no reason to get bummed. (rofl) Thankfully the Jeep Commander is a freakin' tank.

Thank you for your concern. I'm fine... was shaken up for a little. In the dark looks like grill and fender damage on the car. Will know better in the morning if any engine or transmission damage. Impact shifted the car into lower gear but I was able to shift it back to a higher gear. Air bags didn't go off, but should have at that rate of speed. Hmmm... maybe I should have had that recall taken care of. The impact was really bad for the dear... Absolutely no way it survived.
I hope the Jeep isn't in too bad a shape!

Well, visual inspection of the Jeep this morning shows the fender needs to be replaced, the grill is gone, engine brackets are bent, radiator will need to be replaced, and the check engine light is now on. Saw the deer this morning on my drive into work... what a mangled mess. I'm calling the insurance company in a little bit. But I'm not bummed. (rofl)
