It`s about having fun Dizzy no one is going to win
the nobel prize.
We´re looking forward to read your storys. Wait... we're not going to win the Nobel prize? How about a Pulitzer? I hope we're all going out for drinks afterwards, at least.  Other than maybe one or two people, most here aren’t writers. We’re just a bunch of people doing this to have fun with something a little different once a year. A way to share all the craziness in our heads that have brought us all together. Look, squirrel... But just so ya’ll know, so as not to have my ego completely destroyed, a couple of these after reading my part will be expected, ya know….    |

Haven't seen some of you around for quite a while, and there is one of our newest arrivals there in that mix. Hope y'all show up before August 31st and say "I'm in!" 😊  Hmmm... Corn bread? Homemade? I'll even give you a copy of my part, signed in blood (Heck, I spill enough of it anyway every weekend injuring myself doing work around the house) for homemade cornbread. Just one question about the process... after 8/31 has it been determined how the type of story will be ultimately determined? Is it a by vote, or is DoYou the high priestess with absolute authority over the reign of terror?  |

A certain someone got me to join saying the Halloween Store would be like a 'Big Brother' experience where people are grouped together and working towards a goal. Never watched the show but I looked it up. Supposedly it’s filled with vicious betrayals, backstabbing, blindsides, alliances, victories and defeats. That sounded kinda interesting and fun to me. Now, after I agreed to join I find out the Halloween Store is all about creativity, happiness, friendship, laughter, camaraderie, and a kumbaya feeling. Who wants that? Hmmm... Seems I’ve already fallen for one of those vicious betrayals.  |
