Okay (all kidding aside) - it seems several authors have written books with that title (It made for an interesting search)
I'm not a writer so I couldn't think of where all the dead letters go - perhaps someone else will find them and read them and be inspired to "answer" them in their own way - perhaps by writing a new story?

No where. prufrock21 - in a parallel universe I would hope communication between people would be so much better than our world. I think most of the problems in our world are due to poor communication
