Thought I would start a thread regarding this book.
Little story (but it's a short one) - I found this book when on vacation back in 2015 when we took a trip on our 10th anniversary to a place called Riding Mountain National Park.
It was the original paperback in very good condition and they only wanted 4 bucks for it. (It's a Bachman book). Don't ask me why I did such a stupid thing, but I chose not to buy it. {wow}
When I got home I found out it is worth a lot of money as it is one of his rarer books and even though it's a paperback it is going for big bucks now. I really kicked myself after that!
On top of that, I've never read this story yet. I did go buy The Bachman Books in hardcover later, and got a good deal at Value Village so one of these days I will read the story ☺
