Here's a map from April 9th - my province is right in the middle - the one with the two long lakes in the middle of it; Alexandra is on the west coast (the southern interior of British Columbia)
It looks like Quebec is getting hit pretty hard - that is where the majority of French speaking Canadians live

LOL. My head is filled with worthless information. I guess it’s a hazard from only watching news and historical documentaries on TV. Who is next? Earlier you mentioned The Lone Ranger and Tonto. Did you know the legend of the Lone Ranger was inspired by a real life legendary lawman of the Wild West, Bass Reeves, who was a African American ex-slave. He was born into slavery in Arkansas and forced to fight for the Confederacy during the Civil War by his master. During the war he escaped to Indian Territory and while hiding out learned the ways and languages of Seminole and Creek tribes. 10 years after the Cvil War ended and having achieved his freedom he returned to the Indian Territory and was made a deputy marshal to capture and kill outlaws that were plaguing the land. Bass eventually made 3,000 arrests and killed 14 outlaws. His exploits, disguises and tricks were legendary. Unfortunately he was removed from his position in 1907 when Oklahoma gained statehood and an African-American was unable to serve in the position as deputy marshal under the new state laws. He died three years later. Of note… Many of the criminals Bass arrested were sent to the Detroit House of Corrections. That jail just so happens to be the same city where the Lone Ranger was first introduced on radio station WXYZ on January 30, 1933. Unfortunately at the time in the 30's the thought of having a legendary black hero was out of the question. I guess the black mask was as far as they'd go to give homage to a black man. I’d love to see The Lone Ranger redone on the silver screen showing the real exploits of Bass Reeves. Good news for Tall Guy. We got an Instant Pot! I made the most amazing chicken and potato dish last night.
I think that thing is going to get a LOT of use.
