Well dang it all - there's got to be a better way. If this works, it's my grandpiggies: Miss Lucy and Miss Lola - I love them. How am I just now getting guinea pigs? They are such good lil critters to have around. Our youngest daughter had a really hard year - you just wouldn't believe it. And the Ogre felt like if she had something to love, it would help. It did - so much. They've been good for the whole family.

Oh hey - is this how? Just straight from my files?
This is Mr. Ripley - our shelter guy. He's gotten so big. He completely ruined this ancient couch while we were on vacation (it was the Ogre's grandmother's couch, but we made it into the dog's bed many years ago). The Ogre rebuilt it with an old memory foam mattress. Better than new, so it is.

Today they are celebrating National Aboriginal Day (it is usually on June 21st); but instead they are having a big party down at The Forks. Josh is cutting the grass but after that he may head down there to see his friend Kim, who is an aboriginal.
Right now he's out there running over stuff again - I hope he does not break the lawnmower!
