I'm kinda at odds about this, I don't think the story needs to be tampered with but then it's SK's story and he can do whatever the hell he wants with it, I'd just hate to see some beloved characters get killed off just for shock value and a ratings boost.

I am ridiculously excited, having read this earlier today. From what SK explained, it's not so much a change but basically what would have been an extra chapter in the book which provides a definitive conclusion to the story. It will pick up right after the events of the book we know and love.
I hope they announce the remainder of the cast soon.

It’s not her professional acting I object to. Men that are accused of domestic violence are avoided like the plague. But witnesses and audio show her as the abuser. And she attempted to completely kill Depp’s career.

But as far as her acting goes she's pretty good, she was in the "Rum Diary" with Depp. It's based on a Hunter S. Thompson book. It's a good movie worth looking up, Frank.
She also did another with Nicolas Cage....can't remember the name of it right now dang it. |

I learned today that Marilyn Manson is doing a cover of The Doors' THE END for this new version of The Stand.
Marilyn has a great growl in his voice and I can't wait to hear it.
I always loved Jim Morrison's voice.

I'm not familiar with Adepo either, my first thought was that Avan Jogia would be very good as Underwood.
Jogia played Beck Oliver on the Nickelodeon series Victorious. He was pretty good in that. And was good in the SyFy channels Ghost Wars.
