Frank, the board is hard for me to see, because it is so white. I use dark colors so I can see better. It is pretty though. I second that, although I use mobile and only go to desktop mode to add attachments. |

Karen has on the Macy's parade, and I am so turned off by it. It has turned into a musical parade instead of what it used to be.

It was one year ago yesterday (21st) that I found out that I am in stage 5 remal failure. I made it a year!!

Happy Saturday!
Today turned out to be bread baking day - I made a loaf and now I'm waiting for it to cool down.
It's quite mild out there and no snow so that's a bonus.
For those who do have lots of snow - watch out! lol just kidding
I need to get outside so maybe I'll go to the Starbucks and perhaps go for a walk, just to get some fresh air.
If you get today off - sending good wishes for a nice relaxing Saturday - and if you have to work, may your shift go well!

(Holly takes off her shoes, flops on the love seat with her glass of wine, heaves a heavy sigh: "Whew.... Lord, Lord") Hello friends! I missed you. I missed Thanksgiving. What sounded like a wonderful vacation for Thanksgiving ended up being front row seats to the unraveling of a marriage (not mine!). It was dreadful. I'm sad, I'm mad, I can't believe the selfishness I witnessed. The meanness, the desperation, the clinging on for dear life. Marriage is not easy, and sometimes it's not worth it. I call my husband "the Ogre" for a reason, but we're crazy about each other - I've never not loved him, I've never thought my life would be better without him. So, I'm not always an advocate for divorce, but sometimes it's better for everyone. We have vowed never to vacation with anyone other than our children ever again. And once they get married, if that's what they end up doing, they're on their own with vacations. I'm not getting in the middle of anyone's marital woes ever again. Jesus God it was horrible. I did do some perfect beach sitting book reading, and some good shopping. But I would rather have been home. Lesson learned. Here are some fun things I saw while shopping: (I'm sorry - I'm on my wines and still can't spoiler!) BIG PICS AHEAD!   Frank - the new digs are lovely - festive and wintery.
