Our grand scheme today is to rearrange the living room so we can fit our big 7 foot tree into the space provided.
It sounds like a lot of work but I'm sure once it's up we will be glad!

So - still no tree up but the living room is reorganized and cleaned and we have enough room we could do one of those Scottish dances (I think it's called a reel).
Might go to the Lazy Boy store tomorrow - the poor old couch is showing its age and we would like to upgrade.

Well I did put up some lights on my front porch. I took them off the coffin I decorated for a Christmas promo for the station. While the grand kids were over for a Sunday dinner I had them join me in singing "oh Christmas coffin oh Christmas coffin how squeaky are thy hinges". The station keeps asking stranger and stranger things of me. A Christmas promo from count Eeflac? Yeah. Okay. Whatever. I hope I conveyed sincerest wishes for a happy holiday season nonetheless.

I've never been to the IKEA we have here in Winnipeg - in the past I went to one in Ottawa and one in Edmonton, but that's it.
What are your plans for today (or do you have any?)
