Nice expansion and elaboration on the excellent story and characters that Cap docpain2 has given us, JB darkharbinger !
Got a kick out of the scarecrow’s “awakening “ and his inner “commentaries”.
And I like what you did with the criminal underlings.
And by the way Cap, cool ‘blue man’ nod to “Children of the Corn”, lol.
Another very enjoyable chapter.

This is one of my favorite lines :
“….had fed Kasin’s arrogance until he wore it almost like a second glamour on top of the one that shielded his true nature….”
And
“the worthies”,
I like this descriptive term very much. 😊

That is definitely a favorite line therein! 😄
And I like :
