A funny story about Adam and Eve told from Eve's perspective. A couple of lines I liked
When Eve first sees Adam and is observing him from afar she says, "It looks to me like a creature that is more interested in resting than anything else."
A Eve discovering she could talk: "When I found I could talk I felt a new interest in it, for I love to talk; I talk all day, and in my sleep, too, and I am very interesting, but if I had another to talk to I could be twice as interesting, and would never stop, if desired."

A good short story both comic in nature, yet thought provoking too. The book was banned at one point. Not due to content but rather the nude illustrations of Eve.

For next Wednesday, the discussion will be for Asleep in Armageddon by Ray Bradbury. Another selection from the unreliable narrator category.
