He called for a scribe and the second day on the Mayan Calendar was declared to be special.

In a later time and place a Roman or some other guy would name the second day Tuesday.

So…the taco came before Tuesday.
…..and in another place and time some French guy called Tuesday ‘Fat Tuesday’….

because he had found out about tacos and couldn’t stop eating them.
