....how could anyone not appreciate the Talking Heads!?!?
.......I saw them perform this song on "American Bandstand" back in 1979.
The Talking Heads were ground breakers of post punk new wave.
Also ground breakers (along with Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers) in music video.
In fact St.Tom & The Apostolic Heartbreakers were even ahead of good David Byrne in that particular area.
.....I saw that particular video on 20/20 (tv news magazine) in 1979 too.
And saw them perform "Don't do me like that" on Saturday Night Live ...LIVE that year too.

Dire straights ‐ tunnel of love. The little piano arpeggios at the end, I can only recall 2 times that I've listened to it when it hasn't made me smile.

Also, a few days ago in works couple of the girls had control of the music, for 7 hours I had to endure modern chart pop music. It almost killed me. For the last hour it was just me and another guy and I got control of the music. This is the 1st song I put on and I instantly felt calm and could feel the sanity returning to me.
