I’ll give my two cents worth. First we get committed people... pun intended. Then we pick a subject. Then we develop a writing order and schedule. Then after a person’s passage is submitted, edited and posted, the next poor soul starts writing to keep the story going. The editing process is pretty painless for most writers... for others it is pure torture. 
I believe you can still access old stories in the Archive section.

So, in terms of timeline, folks, what do you say to making the deadline for sign up being the end of next week (we are pretty early after all), which would be the week that ends on the 14th of August? In the meantime we can spit ball stories and ideas and hopefully by the end of the following week (the week of the 15th) we'll have an idea and writers schedule?
