Yes! Excellent thinking! You know what? I think we're (unintentionally) jackin' the hell out of this thread, lol. I'm considering making a thread for just this series. What do you think Commander osnafrank ?
wireman ? Have you seen this on Hulu? Like it?
I'm liking Nina Lin a lot more, after she said about Bunny and her killer, lol. I wonder what the 'weird space pod' on her plans is actually for!? A rooftop sunfloor/greenhouse thing? Yeah, that bit when Charles was helping her when her water broke, and him going, 'oh, thank God,' when the EMT's showed up was freaking hilarious. Yes!

In returning to this possibly being some master plan by Jan: there's always the possibility that Jan wants Alice to get the gang framed (Alice gets the painting, Jan gets revenge) because, obviously, they're the reason that she's in prison, but that she wants Charles to be closer to her because, despite everything, I think she really still cares, weirdly, about him. I LIKE this! Brilliant.
...that goes beyond being plausible and intriguing applouse We'll see, anything is possible and what badguy fun it will be if that happens! c010

I rewatched that last episode during dinner last night, edwardjohn 😊....
I get it now! They all live on the 14th floor and Charles is apartment C, and Mabel is in E, that is close to Bunny's place. Bunny's last words were "Savage 14". She may have been trying to tell Mabel 'the motive' to her murder, as well as point to the killer... "ALL ABOUT THAT PAINTING" I wish we could get a good look at the back of the forgery! And what is written on the back of the original painting? Leonora will know! Looking forward to seeing her, and the detective show back up! "Savage" is a cool title for the artwork, and fun play on words lol. Do you think somewhere down line Mabel may discover the original painting hidden in Alice's studio? I do. I'm ready to put this series on the shelf til next Tuesday now. Looking forward to seeing the latest episode of "The Oldman", later tonight or tomorrow! Yeah, I agree. The person that Bunny was meeting about the painting HAS to be Alice, especially with her owning/working at an art studio/museum; perhaps she was trying to get it for her exhibition, Bunny refused, Alice murders her and, like you said, steals the painting and replaces it with a forgery. Hmmmm.... It would take TIME to reproduce a painting like that accurately. The murder has had access to the secret passages in the walls and the secret elevator(s). I think the killer may have had taken photos, measurements and STUDIED the artwork well ahead of the actual switch.
(and I got a kick out of the subtle nod to C.S. Lewis, when our trio discovered the hidden elevator in the back of Bunny's "wardrobe", and they took 3 of Bun's fur coats because Mabel said, "It's cold in here!" bokoebaFTerAfwUuywKb )

Spoilers for the most recent episode.
They are certainly making it seem like Alice is the perpetrator of all of this. I think they're making it a bit too obvious now though, I think its deflection for the true culprit now. It would be really cool if that was the case, to be fair. I don't get Mabel. She's all like, 'oh, Alice, I'm glad you told me the truth.' Uhm, Mabel, the sole reason she told you the truth was because Oliver called her out during the Son of Sam game! Also, the person that Bunny met at the place across from the Arconian seemed to be a guy, so I don't think it was Alice that was meeting with her. Then again, this could be multiple levels of deflection; perhaps the makers simply put a dude in the coat to ward people off of Alice? I don't know!
The revelation regarding Oliver's son is going to bring this all together, I think. Regardless, excellent episode. I loved getting to see hippie Oliver and Charles; Charles' wig was something else.

Great ideas, Edders. This is a great 'Oliver episode'. He's such a good dad, and really awesome all around...even though he can be so crazy and frustrating, and all over the place. 😂....
The whole 70's themed thing was great, lol! I do not believe Alice's "plumber's daughter from Essex" bullsh!t for one second. Or all the crap she told Mabel later. (and, for me, there was something 'off, too fast and awkward' with how Alice got the idea to have her gathering at Mabel's "palatial apartment".) She is an accomplished liar and more. I think she may have a criminal past. Notice the 'Son of Sam Card' in her bag at the end? ...she palmed it and gave Oliver a different card. She was the killer in the game and hid it...no one bothered about the end of the game or 'who did it' because of her dramatic distracting confession and exit. Going back to the dark bulky garb clad killer(?) in the secret passage way, where Lucy was hiding...That person 'sneezed'....and that did not sound like a man.
Bunny's waiter Ivan did great! But the security cam footage is too choppy and poor in quality. It needs to be examined much closer, and longer. For just a second it looked like there was a different dark haired person sitting across from Bunny. BUT after that, it DID look like a man walking out and picking up a matchbook. Now I am suspecting Alice is an accomplice, or has an accomplice.(What if Alice is being forced or blackmailed into taking part in the murder/theft/forgery?Think it's possible?)And was that Alice's phone on the edge of the table, that had a "Fernando" calling it, while Alice was sleeping? Is this Fernando her partner in crime?Oh nooooo, TEDDY the Greek, look at what you've done! 💔 Ewwww!.....Charles and man-eater Hannibal JAN, are great together in an icky way, lol! I think Jan's maniacal theory is right.

Yep, its very possible that Alice is working with someone. At this point, it would be a bit, I think, by the numbers if it did turn out that Alice is the culprit considering how obvious things seem to be with regards to her; if we think back to last season, there were subtle hints that Jan was the murderer (Oliver not trusting her), but it was all dismissed by the other characters (and for the viewer) until the reveal was made, which made it all the more shocking. I think they're doing a bit overboard with the Alice hints at the moment.
Yeah, I loved the Son of Sam game bit. Its so funny when someone interrupts Oliver when he's deducing who's got the card and they're all suddenly returned to the present. So, so funny.

I agree!.... and really, ANYTHING can happen at this point. So...I am thinking that Alice may be more innocent than it appears. And that's got me wondering if an accomplice has something on her, and is forcing her to aid and abet. Perhaps Alice may only be guilty of the forgery (or getting the forgery done) and the switch of the paintings, and just being there during the murder. I'm still thinking the real painting will turn up at her place. Hmmm....Teddy. Might be that we should be watching HIM much closer. He could be a 'side element' in this...considering his current rage at Oliver...and the other two to (maybe) a lesser extent. After all, we are dealing with someone who has extensive, intimate knowledge of the building. Yes! The imaginary time warps were excellent Lol!

Ep.6 tonight, edwardjohn !
Say...what do YOU think the "weird space pod looking addition", on Nina Lin's building plans, is or is for? 😊
Some kind of representation of Oliver's ego? Or perhaps its a representation of how big Charles thinks his Brazzos tv show was?
I honestly don't know what that pod thing is, or if will even be explained!? Perhaps the people involved in the gallery want to move it to the Arconian? I have honestly no idea.

Wolf! This episode was so freaking funny! That bit at the end with Charles and Oliver hugging! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So, so funny. And let's not forget the bit when Charles went on a spiel about love while that guy was collecting the evidence in the background! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! And, of course, there's the dementia Brazzos!
At the end, it seemed like the guy with the glitter on him was going TOWARDS Mabel. Like he was going to shut her up or something, so I'm not worried about anything happening to Mabel, I think she'll be cleared, it seemed like she was defending herself.
It seemed like the glitter guy was the same dude from that was talking with Bunny in the video; it seemed like they had the same coat on; very interesting.
