I wouldn't mind if they kind of vanished like they did in the Prophecy, at least they appeared to vanish. They never exactly showed where their wings were when they were walking around, they'd just show a shadow of them sprouting from their back when they'd be about to fly off.
But we'd have to be careful of not flying into planes... that wouldn't be fun.
