I had krautknuckles and sausage for dinner in a diner on the way home that looked like it was out of Back To The Future. It's Pennsylvania Dutch food and really good.  ....FRANK!?...he's eatin' weird food again! What're we gonna do with him!?
Kraut knuckles are pork knuckles with sauerkraut, right ?
It's a typical Bavarian dish. |

or Krautknuckles, i only get results for the german dish.

The Pennsylvania Dutch must have changed it's meaning over here in the US. 'Krautknuckles' here are homemade wide buttered noodles and cabbage (but sometimes sauerkraut) fried up in a skillet with spicy pork sausage.
Never heard of it and when i google Kraut knuckles
or Krautknuckles, i only get results for the german dish.
(Lord forgive them, they're Bavarians)

Those are good slow cooked in pinto beans. If you want some meat in your beans, and more flavor.
 ...these are smoked ham hocks. Just shank meat...lol, it's not pig's feet ...those are horrible! 😝

The epiclogue is now complete for everyone, who has not seen it, to view now.
diobolic Dio has been so great about about coming up these so quickly it makes my head spin.... In a good way...for a change. 🙄🤨
I have given him some ideas of things I have thought of, and he has gotten them to me in a matter of hours! AS WELL AS coming up with ideas and illustrations completely his own!

One was an illustration that I did not want to use for my epilogue,
but had to use it somewhere! It is beautiful.
So I made another last post with a simple "Happy Halloween" message, for our readers.
Good prufrock21 , earlier today, came up with a beautiful quote that I just had to use too!
So I placed it in that last post also.
You guys please take a look at the final Story changes and let me know if it all looks okay to you. And tell me what y'all think about the illustrations for Chapter 8...since Loki won't tell me if he likes them or NOT. 🤨 😄😉
I appreciate you guys time and patience with all of this.

I wore them at the biggest and longest beer festival in the USA over a summer after graduating high school. The Bavarian Festival. I was promoted to Festival geeter after I was hauled into the office when I was working on the garbage crew by the Festival owner, fired, and he said he was going to call the police. I said okay and I'll tell them what happened, and did the owner really want that. He thought for a little and decided the better course of action was to promote me and give me a raise LOL.
I must have looked pretty good in lederhosen, because I got a lot of dates... Either that or the women were pretty drunk. 🤣
